Ribs can be cooked on the BBQ, pan-fried or broiled in the oven.
BBQ: Heat gas or charcoal grill to medium-high heat. Grill kalbi to desired doneness, turning once, approximately 3-4 minutes per side.
Oven: Preheat your oven's broiler. Put the kalbi in a single layer in a broiling pan and place it on the top oven rack, approximately 5-7 inches from the broiler. Broil to desired doneness, turning once, approximately 3-5 minutes on each side. Watch closely not to burn and turn your kitchen fan on!
Garnish: with toasted sesame seeds and thinly slices green onions (optional).
Consume within five days. Product can be frozen (vacuum sealed) for 1-2 months.
